Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of Major Credit Repair's website and credit-repair services.

Effective July 13, 2026 · Major Credit Repair

Your Federal Rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization within three business days without penalty. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Major Credit Repair website and the credit-repair services we provide (the "Services"). By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in The Platinum Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Major Credit Repair is a credit services organization as defined under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., and applicable state law. Your enrollment is additionally governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Platinum Package is a fixed-scope dispute protocol conducted over an active window of approximately 90–120 days. Our Services include reviewing your credit reports, identifying items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and preparing and mailing dispute correspondence to the credit bureaus and, where appropriate, furnishers and collectors, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

We do not create a new credit identity, advise you to make any false statement to any credit bureau or creditor, or dispute information we know to be accurate. We will never instruct you to misrepresent your identity or your credit history.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Federal law prohibits credit repair organizations from guaranteeing specific results. We do not promise or guarantee that any particular item will be removed, that your credit score will increase by any amount, or that you will qualify for any loan or credit product.

Any projections we provide are evidence-based estimates for illustrative and educational purposes only, based on the information available at the time, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; to maintain an active credit-monitoring subscription so we can review and track your reports; to forward all correspondence you receive from the bureaus, creditors, or collectors promptly; and to not enroll for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing all dispute correspondence prepared on your behalf and for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

5. Fees & Payment

Program fees are disclosed before enrollment and set out in your written service agreement. A $50 consultation deposit is required to book a file-review consultation and is credited toward your enrollment if you proceed. Certain payment methods (credit/debit cards, Afterpay, Klarna) carry a processing fee as disclosed at checkout.

Consistent with CROA, we do not charge or receive payment for services before those services are fully performed, except as expressly permitted by law and disclosed in your written agreement.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your contract for any reason within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty or obligation, as described in the Notice of Cancellation provided with your service agreement. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations after that period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Major Credit Repair name and marks, and the design and structure of the site — is owned by or licensed to Major Credit Repair and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site links to third-party services such as credit-monitoring providers and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under CROA.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
