How long does the protocol take?
The active protocol runs 90–120 days — four full dispute rounds. Your first letters are filed by certified mail within 72 hours of enrollment, bureaus must respond within 30 days under the FCRA, and first deletions typically land in the 30–45 day window.
How does the process actually work?
Four escalating rounds: (1) a file-wide accuracy strike across all three bureaus, (2) direct pressure on the furnishers and debt collectors reporting against you, (3) reinvestigation demands forcing the bureaus to disclose their method of verification, and (4) consolidation and closeout. If anyone stonewalls, the escalation reserve — CFPB complaints, state attorney general filings, attorney-posture demand letters — is included at no extra cost.
Why certified mail instead of online disputes?
Online disputes feed the bureaus' automated e-OSCAR system, which compresses your carefully argued dispute into a two-digit code. Certified mail creates a legal paper trail, forces human review, and preserves every argument for escalation. It's slower to send and dramatically stronger.
What does it cost?
$999 one-time for an individual,
$1,699 one-time for couples. No monthly fees, ever. The $50 consultation deposit is credited in full toward enrollment. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, and wire at no fee; credit/debit cards and Afterpay/Klarna carry a 5% processing fee. See
full pricing.
Do you guarantee results?
No — federal consumer law prohibits guaranteed outcomes, and any company promising a specific score should worry you. We provide an evidence-based projection built from your actual reports before you enroll, so your decision is made on documentation, not hype.
What can be removed from my report?
Anything inaccurate, unverifiable, or reported in violation of federal standards: collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, inquiries, and certain public records. Items that are accurate, verifiable, and timely generally cannot be removed — and we'll tell you that honestly at your consultation. We never dispute your positive accounts.
What do I need to get started?
Two things: a consultation (booked
here, $50 deposit credited at enrollment) and an active credit monitoring account so we can pull and track your tri-bureau reports. We use
SmartCredit — your full report and scores for $1.
When will I see results?
First letters go out within 72 hours. The bureaus' FCRA response window is 30 days, so the first wave of responses and early deletions typically arrives 30–45 days in. Each subsequent round compounds the pressure through day 90–120.
How does couples enrollment work?
Both files are worked in parallel on the same timeline for $1,699 — a $499 savings over two individual enrollments. It's the strongest play for households preparing for a mortgage or other joint financing.
Can you help me build credit, not just repair it?
Yes — deletion is half the equation; the score is rebuilt with positive data. We point clients to
Credit Strong and
Kikoff as builder tools, and your protocol includes guidance on utilization and account mix.
I'm already a client. How do I get an update?
Book a
file review — or text us at 424.484.4881 and our team will pull your file.
Is this legal?
Completely. The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the explicit right to dispute anything inaccurate or unverifiable on your reports, and the Credit Repair Organizations Act governs how companies like ours must operate — written agreements, full disclosures, your right to cancel. We operate inside all of it, aggressively.
